A rare case of an 8 month old female infant with pulmonary bullae presenting as recurrent pneumothorax is reported with the objective to discuss the epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestation, differential diagnosis, management and prognosis. Work up was done which included a spiral CT scan of the chest which revealed air filled cavity with small pockets of lucencies probably pneumatocoele vs CCAM. Patient underwent a left lower lobectomy of which the biopsy was consistent with a bullae.
